Big agribusiness like Monsanto, Cargill, Tyson spread degenerative disease, weakened immune systems, and toxins through "food" likes vegetables oils, corn, wheat, soy, refined flour, refined salt, refined sugar; and through the use of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, grain-fed stock, hormone-injected stock, tortured stock, anti-biotic-pumped stock, genetically modified food, irradiated foods,
The "consumer" of these foods then turn to the "healthcare" system to treat, through drugs, the symptoms in isolation of these food-caused degenerative diseases.
$2.4 trillion dollars is spent on health care. $1 trillion is spent on food.
It should be a source of utter outrage that a few wealthy people have concealed information that is causing much unnecessary suffering and death. Sickness is extremely profitable. Massive amounts of money is spent on unnecessary unwholesome food and biomedical research and treatment--since an optimal diet is the best medicine and nature-ready cures are already known and available but supressed.
The Approaching Paradigm Shift. The health of Americans will continue to deteriorate until it becomes an epidemic bad and expensive enough to spontaneously provoke the paradigm shift the information of which is mostly compiled and concisely presented below. This revolution will necessarily be holistic, directly analogous to body-care, since all of the following must be simultaneously changed:
Agribusiness: A major shift in what and how food is grown and prepared.
Pharmaceutical Companies: A drastic reduction in synthetic drugs, and profitability of drug companies, and a huge increase in vitamin and herbal supplements.
Food and Drug Administration (FDA): This agency will actually educate and be the advocate of American's health instead of being the legalized fraudulent arm of the drug companies.
American Medical Association (AMA): Rather than being a co-conspirator with the drug companies and FDA, and training doctors to be legalized drug-pushers, this agency will educate doctors on how to avoid environmental pollutants natural cures, through diet, supplements, non-body care, and Rife Therapy. Allopathic medicine will be mostly reduced to technical procedures like mending broken bones, containing medical emergencies like trauma, helping people with genetic disorders, and doing otherwise unavoidable surgeries. Most ailments and diseases, like heart disease, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and inflammatory and degenerative diseases will become rare, like Scurvy and Pellegra.
Insurance Companies: Will only act as insurance for healthy people who have accidents.
Environmentalism: Respect of the environment will naturally follow from an emphasis on keeping citizens healthy.
The cost of following the diet regime below is expensive because the demand is currently low. However, once the above paradigm shift occurs, the trillions-of-dollar medical-industrial complex (about $2.4 trillion or 17% of the US GDP in 2007) spending will be massively reduced and redirected, freeing this money to grow, prepare, ship, and sell the best foods and produce the best supplements at a low cost to all citizens. The high demand will also lower costs as the supply and competition increases. This all must, and will, occur together because the money will be redirected to natural health care, and not the currently bloated, bureaucratic, inefficient medical-industrial complex. Thus the argument that the optimal diet will be too expensive for most is short-sighted. Farming, Diet, Drugs, Doctors, Insurance, Government, Education: they're all connected and must all be changed simultaneously.
In the meantime, don't wait around for this to happen ...
