Purpose
The purpose of non-diet body-care is to use the sun as free energy and free stimulation, nourish the skin directly, increase nitric oxide
production, increase oxygen assimilation, increase blood and lymphatic flow and stimulate the removal of toxins from the body.

Ideal Morning or Night Routine
  • Yoga immediately after waking and taking the calcium and magnesium supplements: in March 2009 I started the 6 year yoga
program of Light on Yoga. (Or practice Chi Gung or T'ai Chi.)

   Benefits
  1. Stimulates detox organs (skin, gut, kidneys, liver, lungs, lymphatic system, mucous membranes).
  2. Preventative for dry skin and stimulate skin renewal, tightens the skin.
  3. Removes cellulite
  4. Cleanses the lymphatic system

Tips
  1. Always dry brush your dry and naked body immediately before a shower or (Epsom salt) bath. It is best to end the bath or shower
with three hot-cold cycles: a few seconds of hot water followed by a few seconds of cold, etc. Dry off vigorously then apply pure
    plant oil (see below).
  2. Use long, sweeping strokes, starting from the bottom of your feet upwards, and from the hands to the shoulders, and on the torso
upwards to the heart. (Stroking or massaging away from your heart puts extra pressure on the valves within the veins and lymph
vessels and cause ruptured vessels and varicose veins.)
  3. Use light pressure where the skin is thin and harder pressure on places like the soles of feet.
  4. Avoid sensitive areas and anywhere the skin is broken.
  5. Clean your soft fiber brush once a week.

Technique
  1. Begin with your feet and brush vigorously in circular motions
  2. Continue brushing up your legs.
  3. Proceed to hands up the arms.
  4. Use circular counter-clockwise strokes on the abdomen.
  5. Lightly brush the breasts.
  6. Brush upwards on the back and down from the neck.

  • Epsom Salt Baths. It is best to bathe every other day if possible. The body secrets oils and acids to help protect the skin that are
washed off when taking a bath. Otherwise, 3x a week add one cup of Epsom Salt as this helps draw out toxins through the skin.

  • Contrast Baths: To improve circulation: alternate hot / cold water when taking a bath or shower in the following manner:
  •        Start the cycle by soaking/standing under in hot water for 5 minutes.
  •        Then run cold water over your body for 15 seconds. After this soak/stand under hot water for 35 seconds.
  •        The hot water and cold water should be as extreme as you can stand.
  •        Do this 3-5 times. Always begin with hot water and end with hot water.

  • Quick Rub-Massage Pure Plant Oil over the entire body (high in vitamin E which nourishes and heals the skin) after the bath.
Massage towards the heart. The best pure plant oils are olive, avocado, apricot, almond, sesame, coconut or cocoa butter.

So in sum: yoga, breakfast/before bed everyday.
Dry brush, Epsom salt bath, pure plant oil rub-massage every other day following yoga, etc.

House Plants:
  • For air quality buy many house plants for your home. (Also, see this website.)
  • A classic NASA study found that common house plants were able to remove up to 87 percent of air toxins within 24 hours.
  • How many? 1 good sized house plant in 6''-8'' container per 100 square foot of living space.
  • The following plants are most effective in removing potentially harmful chemicals, including those in paints, varnishes, dry cleaning
fluids, car exhaust fumes, and tobacco smoke from the air in your home:
Mother Fern (one of the best at purifying the air, easy to care for, thrives in indirect light, little moisture)
Dragon Tree
Ivy
Ficus
Philodendrons
Spider Plants
Peace Lilies
Ferns
Chrysanthemums
Palms

Other
  • Knowing your biotype may help you better understand specific things to do, physically, and mentally.
  • A 15-20 minute walk or jog per day.
  • 30 minutes in the sauna will help relieve your kidneys of ridding the body of urea.
  • Monthly one-hour massages from a therapist are like medicine. Following this immediately with a general chiropractor adjustment
    is also highly recommended.
  • Palming for strained eyes.
  • Click here to learn of the benefits, and how to prepare and use, aromatherapy.
  • If you experience headaches, or tension, or pressure in the head or eyes, sleep with three pillows under your head. This will
relieve an increase in intracranial pressure due to the equalizing of the blood due to lack of gravity.
  • Consider buying full-spectrum light bulbs if you live in a cloudy place with long drab winters (like Buffalo!).
  • Make your own Natural Mouth Wash (Listerine is poison).
